1. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. No exceptions. 2. Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Tattoos under $200 will have a 20% deposit of the estimated price. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling may result in additional fees or the refusal of future bookings. 4. Health & Safety: Clients must arrive in good health. If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule. Do not consume alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition that may affect healing, please consult your doctor before booking. 5. Design & Changes: Custom designs will be discussed prior to your appointment. Minor changes can be made during the session, but significant last-minute changes may require rescheduling and an additional deposit. 6. Touch-Ups: One complimentary touch-up is offered within 3 months of the initial tattoo appointment, if needed. This does not apply to tattoos that were not properly cared for or were altered by the client. 7. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. 8. No Guests: Due to space and safety, please do not bring guests or children to your appointment unless previously approved. 9. Final Results: Tattoo results can vary based on skin type, aftercare, and individual healing. While every effort is made to ensure excellent outcomes, results are not guaranteed.
